It’s hard to tweak perfection, but Mazda decided to try with the 2017 MX-5 RF hard top. Ditching the canvas top will no doubt make purists cringe but the truth is that although it does dull the MX-5 slightly, it makes the affordable roadster attractive to a broader audience.
