Hydrogen seems to be the key to making a zero emissions vehicle with a long range and a user experience essentially identical to an every-day gasoline car. Obvious concerns and questions about hydrogen filling infrastructure aside, the 2018 Honda Clarity Fuel Cell has to be the coolest car I drove in 2017 and one of the technologies that excites me the most in the coming few years.
