The 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe may seem like a mild styling update but get past that hungry new face and you’ll find way more substantial changes. There are new powertrains, including two hybrids, and a completely revamped interior featuring an available 10.25-inch display. One big surprise: the refreshed Santa Fe is on Hyundai’s new midsize platform shared with the new Sonata and the Kia Sorento. That begs the question: is this really just a refresh?
