Hybrid vs V8 Towing Test | Which Is More Efficient?

Ford took a different route when developing the Explorer Hybrid. Instead of less towing capacity, the Blue Oval maintained the 5,000-rating by using a V6 and an electric motor. That brings up one big question: can the Explorer Hybrid really tow that much while still offering good fuel economy or will the V8-powered Dodge Durango sitting in Alex’s driveway haul more and be more efficient?
