Ram has announced a platform called Ram Revolution that will serve as a forum for consumers to provide feedback to the automaker as they develop their upcoming all-electric truck. Revolution is apparently not part of the truck’s actual model name, that name will be decided later on by what will likely be a social media campaign of sorts. Ram also shared image of a sketch of the truck and a look at its underpinnings in more detail.
Kia introduces the first-ever Sportage PHEV, a plug-in hybrid with the same propulsion system as Hyundai’s Tucson PHEV. In an interesting move, it will only be offered in the X-Line theme consisting of a base X-Line and an X-Line Prestige trim that has more kit. In case you aren’t up to speed, X-Line is an off-road inspired trim theme that comes with ever-so-slightly tougher looks and more body cladding. Currently, only the Sorento and Soul offer X-Line trims in the U.S., but the Telluride will be getting it next. If you want usable off-road upgrades to your Kia crossover, the X-Pro trim level is coming as well, just not to the Sportage PHEV.

It contains elements from the IS sedan and even the LFA up front. See the photos here.
