The Cheapest Nissan Leaf Might Not Come – What’s Left?
Despite Nissan's decision to delay or cancel the cheapest new Leaf model, there are still quite a few reasonably priced EVs available.
The Mirai is Toyota’s first production hydrogen fuel cell car. Based very loosely off the Prius V platform, the Mirai is an all-new Avalon sized sedan whose only exhaust is water. The car uses the Lexus RX450h’s motor, the Camry Hybrid’s battery pack and hybrid control electronics sourced from various Toyota and Lexus vehicles to create an all-new category of drivetrain.
