2019 Jeep Cherokee First Drive Review

For 2019 Jeep updated their compact utility vehicle with a new exterior,  a new engine and the latest uConnect infotainment systems. The new 2.0L turbo engine is one of the most powerful in the segment delivering and the existing 3.2L V6 remains one of the last 6-cylinder options in the segment. In addition to the extra oomph, the Cherokee is the only truly off-road capable compact crossover in America. Each of Jeep’s three AWD systems is more capable than the competition. The basic system offers a full center lock and user controllable software, the next level adds the segment’s only 2-speed transfer case and the Trailhawk model tosses in a rear locking differential for the maximum in traction.
