Volkswagen’s Passat hasn’t been a huge player in the American mid-size market but VW isn’t giving up on us. Instead they have given the Passat they designed especially for America a redesign for 2020 with a new exterior and interior to bring things up to date and give it a fresher and more luxurious look, something that a few shoppers thought was lacking in 2018. Does this make the Passat an Accord killer? Not quite, but the Passat does boat a much more comfortable back seat than the average “family sedan” for 2020.
