Kia’s Optima has been completely redesigned for 2016. The new midsized sedan now sports more refinement, improved driving dynamics and new infotainment systems that support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Kia is also including a new 1.6L turbocharged Eco model as an experiment to see how well received a small turbo engine and dual clutch transmission will be. Pricing holds steady with last year despite the new features making the 2016 Optima one of the best values in the segment and one of my favorites.
