The 2015 Mercedes C-Class has received a complete redesign that changes the “baby-Benz” from class average to a class by-itself. As I discuss in the video, much of the change for this generation is down to the 2014 Mercedes CLA250 (http://youtu.be/vyYfK_ZNkqU) taking over the role of “the cheapest Mercedes in America”. By adding the CLA to the line-up, the base C-Class no longer has to compete with the Audi A3, BMW 320i, Lexus CT, etc for entry level sales. Thanks to this rework of the Mercedes price ladder, the C300 is able to boast the most interior refinement of any vehicle in the class, more standard features and more power as well.
