New for 2019 the latest Insight is unabashedly a hybrid Civic with come flair, but that’s a good thing since the Civic is one of the best compact sedans in America. The conversion from Civic to Insight doesn’t dampen any of the Civic’s handling prowess but it does improve both fuel economy and performance when pitted against the base Civic sedan.
