Only Minor Tweaks for 2021 | Honda Pilot

Honda’s largest crossover, the Pilot, soldiers on with minor updates for 2021. The six-speed automatic has been dropped altogether, meaning every model now gets the nine-speed automatic that was once exclusive to the Touring and Elite grades. You still get a V6 as your only engine, which should give the Pilot plenty of power even when fully loaded. Age, however, is starting to take its toll because the Pilot’s interior no longer looks that fresh and the infotainment system is clearly dated, especially with its slow responses. Does this mean you should look elsewhere for your next three-row crossover? Let’s take a closer look and find out if Honda’s entry remains a viable choice.
