2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV Pricing Revealed

2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV Pricing Revealed: The first SUV in the Mercedes-EQ family for the U.S., the EQS SUV has begun production at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. That factory has been building high-riding Mercedes vehicles since 1997, but this is the first time one of them is a full-on electric car. Unlike the ill-fated EQC that was promised for our market but then later, the EQS will come in three flavors that all start at six-figure prices. The base rear-wheel drive single-motor EQS 450+ SUV will begin at $104,400, followed by the all-wheel drive dual-motor EQS 450 4MATIC SUV at $107,400. The latter configuration is not currently available on the EQS Sedan. Finally, the higher-output all-wheel drive EQS 580 4MATIC SUV will come in at $125,950.

All three of these variants will be available in three trim levels – Premium, Exclusive and Pinnacle. Premium kicks things off with standard features like the Burmester 3D Sound System, 10-Degree Rear Axle Steering, Panorama Roof, Driver Assistance Package, and 64-color Ambient Lighting. Add $4,250 to get into the Exclusive trim where you’ll find massaging front seats, four-zone climate control, a head-up display, and the MBUX Interior Assistant. Topping things off for $2,000 more, the Pinnacle trim adds the Executive Second-Row Seat Package, second row middle armrest with wireless charging, and the MBUX Rear Tablet. EQS SUV goes on sale this Fall with 285-305 miles of range and ‘Mercedes me Charge’, which offers a “seamless integrated payment function with simple billing processes.”
