Is the BMW X3 xDrive30e the best version of the Bavarian brand’s popular crossover? With its plug-in hybrid powertrain, you get efficiency without sacrificing power. Sure, the all-electric range isn’t much but you still get plenty of benefits by going with the electrified version over the standard ones. Additionally, the plug-in X3 qualifies for federal tax credits and local incentives meaning getting one could be less expensive than a regular model if you qualify for them.
