2017 Buick Encore Review

It is not hard to see why the Encore accounts for more than 1/3 of the entire Buick brand sales in America: it is my favorite subcompact crossover. The Buick Encore also manages to be the only premium subcompact CUV in America priced between the mainstream options like the Honda HR-V and Mazda CX-3 and the luxury options like the BMW X1 and Audi Q3. For a small jump in MSRP you can get a vehicle with a better interior, more gadgets and a longer standard warranty. Compared to the luxury options the Encore isn’t as plush and doesn’t offer all the trappings, but it’s practical, easy to live with and thousands and thousands less expensive.
