2017 Toyota Highlander First Drive

For 2017 Toyota has put the Highlander under the knife for a significant refresh. In addition to the new nose the Highlander gets a new V6 engine with more power, an eight-speed automatic that improves acceleration and fuel economy and a revised hybrid system. While some could ask for a bit more third row legroom or a larger cargo hold, the 2017 Highlander doubles down on all the things Highlander shoppers are looking for.
