2023 Cadillac LYRIQ Pricing and Specs Detailed

2023 Cadillac LYRIQ pricing and specs have been released. The single-motor RWD LYRIQ will start at $62,990, upgrading to the dual-motor AWD model adds $2,000. The EPA has not yet rated the latter model for range, but the RWD model will go 312 miles on a single charge. Both models use a 100 kWh battery pack, with the RWD model producing 340 horsepower and 325 lb.-ft. of torque. The AWD model’s extra front motor bumps total horsepower to 500. GM’s Ultium platform enables DC fast charging at rates up to 190 kW, so theoretically you could add 76 miles of range in about 10 minutes. It also has its own energy recovery system that can capture and repurpose waste energy from the battery. “In addition to optimizing range, the system can also help reduce battery energy needed for heating, increase charging speed and even contribute to the vehicle’s performance driving dynamics.”

LYRIQ customers will be able to choose between two years of unlimited public charging credits at EVgo charging stations or a credit of up to $1,500 towards home charger installation through Qmerit4. That credit can be applied toward an eligible professional installation of a Level 2 (AC) charger or at 240-volt outlet at home. Cadillac will begin taking reservations for both the RWD and AWD LYRIQ models on May 19, with RWD deliveries commencing this fall. Deliveries of the 2023 LYRIQ ‘Debut Edition’, which has been available via reservation only, will begin this summer. Read more about the 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ pricing and specs here.
